These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the tibaje platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, financial transactions, and account management features. Any winnings generated during a period where the Account holder was found to be under 18 will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Verification
To access real-money features on the tibaje Platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and wager placement — you must register an Account. Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tibaje Account login credentials, including your username and password. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Withdrawals may be delayed where additional verification is required or where a transaction triggers a fraud review.
4.1 Prohibited Financial Activity
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tibaje Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of funds:
- Use of payment methods not registered in your own name or not belonging to you.
- Any form of payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or reversal manipulation.
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or attempting to use the tibaje Platform for money laundering purposes.
- Exploiting deposit bonuses or promotions through coordinated multi-account activity.
tibaje complies with applicable financial regulations and will report suspicious transaction patterns to the relevant authorities where required. Any funds identified as being associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity will be frozen pending investigation and may be permanently forfeited.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
tibaje may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload offers, or other promotional incentives to eligible Account holders. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps associated with each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms. It is your responsibility to read and understand these conditions before opting into any promotion.
5.1 General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are available to one Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
- tibaje reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any promotion, or recalculate bonus balances at any time where abuse or manipulation is suspected.
- Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

Where tibaje identifies a breach of this section, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close the offending Account, void any associated wagers or winnings, and pursue recovery of any funds paid out in connection with the prohibited conduct. tibaje may also refer the matter to relevant law enforcement agencies where criminal activity is suspected.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
tibaje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- Identification of fraudulent, suspicious, or prohibited financial activity.
- Reasonable grounds to believe the Account is being used for money laundering or other illegal purposes.
- A court order, regulatory direction, or other legal obligation requiring tibaje to restrict the Account.
- Extended inactivity, as defined in tibaje's dormant account policy.
You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, tibaje will process any eligible outstanding balance in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, provided all verification requirements have been satisfied. Accounts closed at the Player's request for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) will not be reopened, regardless of subsequent requests.
7.1 Dormant Accounts
An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. tibaje will attempt to notify the Account holder by email prior to applying dormant account procedures. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as outlined in the Account dashboard. The remaining balance, if any, will remain recoverable by the Account holder upon verified reactivation of the Account.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tibaje and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:
- Your use of, or inability to access, the tibaje Platform for any reason, including technical outages, maintenance windows, or third-party infrastructure failures.
- Any delay, interruption, or error in the processing of deposits, withdrawals, or wager settlement.
- Losses arising from your own gambling decisions, strategy, or interpretation of game outcomes.
- Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
- Any reliance on information, statistics, or odds displayed on the tibaje Platform that subsequently proves inaccurate due to data feed errors.
tibaje provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and data accuracy, tibaje makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
In any event, tibaje's aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player into their tibaje Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the date on which the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
